PERMA-V for you

Work with Lisa on an individual basis to apply PERMA-V, Dr Martin Seligman’s model for a life of flourishing, to your work and life for your optimal well-being. In this 8-session package, you will learn about PERMA-V, the research behind it, and develop exercises and activities for you to enhance PERMA-V specifically for your individual unique situation.

Session 1: intake and introduction to PERMA-V, setting coaching goals

Session 2: vitality – work to ensure that your basic physical functioning is optimal – topics include food, hydration, sleep and movement

Session 3: positive emotions – learn about the “positivity ratio” and how to get to 3:1 through different techniques, choosing what works best for you

Session 4: engagement / flow – what are the activities you thoroughly enjoy and how to do more of them

Session 5: relationships – a deep look at the positive life-giving relationships in your world, and how to enhance them

Session 6: meaning and purpose – what is the bigger picture to which you feel connected?

Session 7: achievement and accomplishment – what have you done, what are you working on, and what do you wish to achieve in the future?

Session 8: closing and wrapping up

Each session is one hour (60 minutes) in length, and will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. These are all live coaching sessions – tailored for YOU. The order of the sessions (except for sessions 1 and 8) can be re-arranged for your own preference and most urgent needs. It is highly recommended that the sessions be scheduled at two week intervals for best results, though an accelerated version with one-week intervals is possible.

The cost for this package is $1600. Discounts are available for groups and for full payment at the outset of the program.
