I'm guessing that you have a team member who is really bugging you. Someone who is not doing as good a job as you know they can. Someone who is making life difficult for you or for other team members. Someone who is not showing up at 100%. Someone who is just difficult, and causing you worry and frustration.
You know that you can't just tell them to "have a better attitude" or make them change.
You know that the only person you can change is you. You know, deep in your heart, this is about you - your leadership skills, and you want to grow and develop to have a more positive impact on everyone around you - including that difficult person.
This is my specialty.
Through 1:1 coaching, workshops and keynotes, I help people like you become better leaders and managers and get the best out of the people you work with - your direct reports, your peers and even your own manager. They become happier and more engaged working with you, and vice versa.
I'm not just winging it. Everything I do is backed by years of education, research and experience.
Coaching: I earned my coaching certification from the Adler / OISE program in Toronto in 2008, after several years of experience coaching leaders on 360 feedback assessments, communication skills, team motivation and professional growth in their leadership competencies. I'm now a PCC-level coach with the International Coach Federation.
Research: I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program in 2010 – one of the first 250 people in the world to do so. I bring this cutting-edge research into my work to increase flourishing and well-being for you, your team and your organization.
I also graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Neuroscience Boot Camp (2011), where I learned directly from some of the top neuroscientists in the world.
As you might guess, I'm a life-long learner happy to share the latest and greatest with you and your team.
Experience: Since graduating with my MBA in 2000, I have worked in retail, education, government, finance, health care and business. My clients come from nearly every industry you can imagine: high tech, construction, manufacturing, energy, finance, real estate, not-for-profit and many more.
