What is Career Coaching?
Career Coaching is not just interview coaching, or resume review, or checking in on your LinkedIn profile. It's a series of activities which combine together to help you attain your career and professional goals.
My career coaching work is limited to a handful of specific clients who are in professional settings and looking for management and leadership positions. These clients are willing to put in the hard work and hours that it takes to know themselves and look for a new position. They are willing to go out of their comfort zone to actively network and learn new ways to approach their career search using methods that may seem counter-intuitive, even odd and strange, but return amazing results in self-knowledge and career opportunities.
If you feel that you could be one of these clients, please contact Lisa to discuss and learn more.
If you are looking for some resources that you can use on your own, please have a look at some of the articles that I have written and tools that I have crafted - these are free for you to use. If you share them with others, please attribute them to Lisa Sansom at LVS Consulting (links back to this page are appreciated).
All the best for your career journey!
