Lisa has been working in the field of Change Management since 2002. She has been the Change Lead on several projects involving technology, benefits changes, leadership movements and visioning / strategy sessions and implementation. In 2020-2021, Lisa helped a departmental unit make the shift from emergency remote work (due to the pandemic) to a deliberate hybrid model through a consultative approach known as Appreciative Inquiry. In 2022, this work won a CASE Circle of Excellence Bronze Award.
Lisa is certified in the Change Cycle approach for individuals. This training can be delivered as either one- or two-day training sessions. The one-day training session covers the basics of the model for individuals. The second day is tailored for managers, leaders and those deeply involved with change in their work, so that they can learn how to lead and manage organizational change within their businesses.
For Organizational Change Management, Lisa follows a flexible change management methodology which incorporates and aligns with many different models, including Kotter, Bridges, Kubler-Ross, Lewin and Prosci. Lisa is also certified in Process Management (by Excellence Canada) and so can help teams and units map out their processes to discover efficiencies and synergies.
Another training option is to have the Change Cycle model for individuals on Day One, and Change Management for Organizations on Day Two. It is highly recommended that participants attend both full days for maximum impact. Lisa is also available to consult on change management within your organization, in addition to this training. She has also coached Change Leads, Sponsors and Champions on their roles within the organization to help ensure the success of the desired change (e.g. overall ROI, business impacts, timelines and cost).
