Coaching is, above all, a change process. The coach and the client work together to help the client move closer to the desired future, by building on strengths and values, and minimizing gaps or weaknesses.

I work with select clients in person or over the telephone and coaching sessions are arranged at the client’s convenience, in conjunction with the coach. The approach that I take is one of discovery and strengths, coupled with positive psychology. Positive psychology looks at what is working well, and building on that. Of course, we don’t neglect weaknesses or mistakes, which are definitely real and warrant discussion. However, we don’t dwell there either. We use them as learning opportunities, foster a resilient growth mindset, and move on towards desirable goals.
