Lisa has been coaching teams and leaders since 2002, earning her PCC certification with the International Coach Federation.
Lisa works with her clients from a basis of applied strengths and she has used both the VIA strengths assessment and the Gallup / Clifton StrengthsFinder to help her clients identify their strengths and use them in meaningful ways in the workplace and in their personal lives. When people operate from their strengths, they are more energized, more productive, more positive and more confident.
Lisa is also a certified Shift Positive 360 coach. The Shift Positive 360 is a unique approach to 360 leadership assessments.
It involves interviewing your key partners and stakeholders in your success to learn more about what’s working, and where you can improve. The results that you get are positive, constructive and actionable. Here's what that looks like:
