March 20th is International Day of Happiness

Regular readers of this irregular blog will know that my background is in positive psychology, and that I graduated from the Master of Applied Positive Psychology program at the University of Pennsylvania. Many of my colleagues have collaborated to produce an online positive psychology conference for March 20th, the United Nations’ International Day of Happiness. All of the videos are free for March 20th, but you do ¬†need to register. You can learn more about the conference and register HERE.

If you wish, you can purchase the videos for a modest fee, and then you can view them at your leisure after March 20th (why confine your happiness and learning to just one day?) but you do need to register first.

In other news, my Facebook page is now 6 years old. I post articles about positive workplaces there quite regularly. Please join me on Facebook! I always look forward to what people “like” and comment on. Please join us and be part of the conversation!

Finally, I have recently updated some of my webpages. If you’re interested in learning more about my speaking, there is a new video on my “Speaking” page, for example. And I have updated my Leadership resources. Please let me know what you think!

Have a great week, and please share – what are you doing for the International Day of Happiness?

(We know what at least one person is doing!)
