My latest interview – with Positive Psychology Program

PPP_photo_profile1A big thank you to Seph Fontane Pennock, from the website positivepsychologyprogram.com, for reaching out to interview me about my work, my life and positive psychology. I’ve had the privilege to be part of the positive psychology community since 2009, when I started the MAPP program at the University of Pennsylvania, and it’s only been more and more amazing ever since.

My discussion with Seph ranged over several topics and I encourage you to not only read the interview here, but also to check out Seph’s entire website  since he and his team are doing a great job bringing many positive psychology resources together and sharing them in meaningful ways with the general public.

Thanks Seph – it was a fun discussion and I look forward to reading more of your interviews with others in the PP world!

PS. I get a lot of people asking me about PP programs in Canada and elsewhere. Seph and his team have put together several lists of PP programs of varying types. This is now the list that I send people to. Learn more here: http://positivepsychologyprogram.com/positive-psychology-courses-programs-workshops-trainings/
