About

Workplace excellence doesn’t require perfection—it requires practices that bring out the best in people.
It’s a term I coined, but I’ve earned it, too. Since starting an MBA focused on Organizational Behavior in 1997, I’ve been continuing my education, diving deep into the latest research, and gaining a breadth of hands-on experience. You can find details on all these below, but more important is what they enable: I help individuals, teams, and organizations stuck in patterns of friction, frustration, and falling short of their potential, to step onto a positive new path.
More specifically, an upward spiral. Where colleagues bring out the best in those around them, strengths are amplified, and well-being and productivity naturally reinforce each other. Instead of chasing perfection, you’ll be empowered to thrive without it.
Here’s what you can expect working with me:
- Clarity on complex issues: I can diagnose as well as deliver, and my process of co-creation keeps things clear at every step.
- Solutions at any scale: I tailor interventions to your needs and budget, offering services that make a difference(< Link bolded text to Services page), at every size.
- A commitment to progress: I use proven methodologies and ensure knowledge transfer to create sustainable change.
